Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through UPS. All orders are dispatched from Stockholm and delivered to your nearest UPS Access Point for convenient pickup. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our studio. Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

The shipping cost and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Taxes and duties

European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All taxes and duties are included in the price you pay at checkout, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

All other countries. Orders to all other countries are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. B. Corlès does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by B. Corlès.

Returns and exchanges

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@bcorles.com for further instructions. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (100 SEK for the return shipping in Sweden, 15 euros for returns within the European Union, 20 euros for the rest of the world).

Eventual costs for customs for markets shipped by DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping terms, will not be covered by B. Corlès.

Item condition

Please note that all products must be returned in the same unworn and unused condition as when received. Items showing any signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

Uncollected packages

If an order is not collected from the chosen pick-up point, it will be returned to us. A restocking fee of 30 euros will be deducted from the refund. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
